In 2020, I began my yoga teacher training at the House of AUM in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and will continue yoga education near, far and online. I am currently residing in Dayton with my soon-to-be husband, Michael, two cats, Hank and Jr. and our 79 house plants and counting! The depth with which nature and yoga have helped me heal my mind, body and spirit is now being embodied to bring about harmony for all those that I meet and share practice with.
