From beginner to advanced Anthony will guide the class through personalized Kripalu Yoga practice.
Service Description
Kripalu Yoga is a gentle hatha yoga practice emphasizing compassion. Our root practice is Breath-Relax-Feel-Watch-Allow. Kripalu Yoga focuses on safe movement meditation, healing, and transformation on the mat eventually overflowing into the practitioner's daily life. During a Kripalu class, each student learns to find their own level of practice by looking inward. Just a few of the techniques you and other students may learn and practice include: Basic Concepts like Yamas and Niyamas Centering Warm-Ups Gentle and Advanced Stretches Traditional and modified Asana sequencing (postures) Meditation and Flow Shavasana and Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) Anthony recommends all students wear comfortable clothing to yoga classes. Shorts are not ideal; however, you may wish to dress in layers. Use a class-mat or bring along your own. Do not eat a heavy meal before class.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be subject to the same fee and will require advanced payment for future bookings. Thank your for your understanding and cooperation.
