Spa owner, Jolene Dusseau Hauser, was trained in Massage Therapy at the Rainstar University in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. Honored for her leadership and academic excellence, Jolene was awarded a full scholarship in the field of massage. "I created my business plan, at 18, with the goal of creating a spa that would provide a higher-level massage therapy. My vision for 'Cloud 9' encompassed a spa that would be non-clinical, where people would feel at home and yet still receive the best personalized therapeutic massage." Through hard work and study, that dream quickly became a reality. Upon receiving her 1,000 hour Master of Massage degree in 1999, Jolene began her career at the world-renowned Arizona Biltmore Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. She credits the training and experience received from the Arizona Biltmore Spa for her confident enthusiasm in providing the highest quality massage therapy and facial treatments at Cloud 9 massage and spa.

Relocating to Dayton, Ohio in 2000, Jolene became the Assistant Spa Director for O'Neys Wellness Center. While working at O'Neys, Jolene continued her education at Wright State University, earning her B.A. in Marketing and Organizational Communications, graduating a few short years later.

In 2003, after working at O'Neys for three years, the decision was made to pursue her long-time goal of owning her own massage practice. "Cloud 9" was created and her business plan became a reality. Opening as a small studio in Kettering, Ohio, the spa and services grew over the next seven years, expanding in 2009 to a larger facility in Centerville, Ohio - where she had seven therapists and a full-service Esthetician.

This year, at its new location in the heart of Centerville, Cloud 9 Spa will be celebrating fifteen years! Referencing today's fast-paced, social-media-centered world of communicating, Jolene comments, "I feel blessed to have a talent that communicates healing, rest, and rejuvenation to the body, mind, and spirit. I believe that my strong hands and intuitive nature were a purposefully created gift for me to share. I truly love being a part of the lives I've touched."
