Amy Grayson

Owner of Nature's Edge Wellness & Spa
Licensed Massage Therapist

My Story

My name is Amy, I am the owner/operator of Nature’s Edge Wellness & Spa and Grateful Acres farm. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Nature’s edge was the dream, massage is my passion. Massage therapy is so much more for me than something that feels good. Massage can be life changing. I have seen first hand and experienced on multiple occasions where massage has improved the quality of life of someone who has dealt with long term chronic pain. Pain has so many negative impacts on our lives both short term and long term, everything from mood changes to depression, from increased stress to chronically high cortisol levels. Chronically high cortisol levels can have many negative impacts on your health including take years off your life. Having the ability to improve someone’s quality and longevity of life is powerful stuff that I do not take lightly. For those reasons and more massage therapy is my passion and why I passionately educate myself on anatomy, physiology, massage techniques and alternative medicine so I can best achieve the results my clients seek.

While therapeutic and medical massage can be done in many environments and achieve results. My personal feelings are that it takes the experience to a whole new level when it is done in a way and in an environment that also creates a sense of relaxation, peace and tranquility. This, my friends, is how Nature’s Edge was born. I needed a space that promoted peace and healing while I do everything in my power to help my clients heal.

Outside of massage and Nature’s Edge my family is always my first priority Ryan my husband of 22 years and 3 kids Elaina 20, Macy 18, Kelcie 17. I am a nature and animal lover to my core. I have 2 Corgis, 4 horses, 3 goats and a cat. I have had a life long love of horses, riding and love to train and compete in dressage and jumping. I love all things homemaking and homesteading goat milking, cheese making, gardening, canning, cooking and often coming up with some crazy idea to grow or make our own food at home and healthier. Like taping trees and making maple syrup or growing mushrooms. Seriously.

If you are looking to add massage into your life for whatever reason I do still have openings in my calendar so book with me and see what this Nature’s Edge thing is all about
